cord
is worn
or cut, or damaged
in any

it replaced
immediately..
Make
sure
the teeth
of the ANTIKICKBACK
pawls
are always
sharp.
To sharpen:
1. Identify the dull tooth or teeth. Remove blade guard.
Assembly from saw.
2. Remove 10-32 x 11/4 pan head screw from guard link
to seperate
guard
link and guard
from blade
spreader.
3. Rotate pawl toward rear of spreader
so that teeth are
above top of spreader.
4. Hold spreader
with left hand and place pawl over
corner or workbench.
5. Sharpen
the dull tooth using a few light strokes of a
fine-cut
file.
6. Reassemble
guard
when
finished
sharpening
pawls.
