You can select either [IRIS] (default
setting) or [EXPOSURE] as the function
assigned to the iris ring (p. 33).
N RING ROTATE
You can select the rotation direction of the
iris ring.
_NORMAL
Makes images dark with clockwise
rotation of the iris ring.
OPPOSITE
Makes images dark with counter-
clockwise rotation of the iris ring.

• When the AUTO/MANUAL switch is set to
AUTO, the IRIS/EXPOSURE button is not
available.

• The iris, gain and shutter speed values are
adjusted as li)llows when you change the [RING
ASSIGN] setting with the AUTO/MANUAL
switch set to MANUAL.
When you change [R1NG ASS1GN] from
[IR1S] to [EXPOSURE]
The adjustment remains in the same mode
that it was in prior to changing [RING
ASSIGN]. If it is in automatic adjustment, it
remains in automatic adjustment al:er
changing [IRIS] to [EXPOSURE1. If it is in
manual adjustment, it remains in manual
adjustment afler changing [IRIS] to
[EXPOSURE].

You can set gain values for H, M and L
positions of the gain switch. The default
settings of [H], [M] and ILl are 18dB, 9dB
and 0dB, respectively.

PUSH EXEC dial.
