SPM Function
Enter a stop in a speed dialing
sequence.
This combination also deletes an entry
in a field in any screen except one in
which you are entering a speed dialing
sequence.
Flash: Enter a switchhook flash in a
speed dialing sequence.
TopSP: Return to the top of the System
Programming menu.
Pause: Enter a pause in a speed
dialing sequence.
Convert: Convert a backup file from an
earlier release to Release 2.0 format.
Help: Display a help screen about SPM
operations. To exit from Help, press
[End] .
Reset: Reset the communications port.
For example, if the information on the
screen is garbled, try exiting from and
then recentering the screen. If the
screen remains garbled, use [Ctl] -
[F5] to clear the screen and return to
the SPM Welcome screen. Note that
using [Ctl] - [F5] drops the modem
connection.
