Put the faulty tape drive into the packaging that contained the replacement item.
Install the new tape drive

Attach the clip-on mounting rails to the new tape drive. They are marked right and left. (It is easier to
clip in the rear end of the rails first.)

Attach the power and SAS cable to the rear of the tape drive.
