Removing memory and option cards
NOTE: You need a small Phillips screwdriver to remove these
options.
Accessing the system board
1
Turn the printer off and unplug the power cord.

Disconnect all cables from the back of the printer.

If you have a finisher or mailbox option attached to your
printer, remove the transport unit from the top of the printer.
See page 190 for detailed instructions.

Lift the system board access cover off the printer and lay it
aside.
