Purpose
Verify your entries.
(Optional) Save your entries in the configuration file.
Purpose
Enter global configuration mode.
Specify the port or the range of ports to be configured, and enter
interface configuration mode.
(Optional) Manually power off the port, or
Manually power on the port.
Return to privileged EXEC mode.
Verify your entries.
(Optional) Save your entries in the configuration file.
The power level that you set in Step 3 is the default power
Note
level when the switch restarts.
Purpose
Enter global configuration mode.
Specify the port or the range of ports to be configured, and enter
interface configuration mode.
(Optional) Set the importance of the port.
The range is from 1 to 100.
The default is 1.
