The minimum operating temperature is 32°F (0°C). Caution: To prevent electrostatic-discharge (ESD) damage, follow standard board and component handling procedures.

Your Cisco device might require that the SFP transceiver be installed with the bale-clasp either in a latch-up or a latch-down orientation.
