Use this tab to set options that control how Dragon NaturallySpeaking interprets
commands.
Commands options
Pause required before commands: Adjusts the time interval considered to be a
pause before you speak commands. The default setting is 250 milliseconds (.25
second). You should normally leave this at its default setting.
Enable Natural Language Commands: Allows the use of Natural Language
commands that you can use with a variety of applications such as Microsoft
Word, Corel WordPerfect, AOL, and Microsoft Excel. This feature uses an
additional 8 megabytes of memory and requires that you restart your computer
before it takes effect.
Enable commands in HTML windows: Allows the use of commands designed
specifically for use with Internet Explorer. You must also have this option
selected in order to use voice commands in certain Microsoft Outlook dialog
boxes when you are creating or editing messages in HTML format. These
dialog boxes appear with the Internet Explorer symbol (a small document icon
with the letter "e" in it) in the right corner of the window header.
