Setting Up Roaming Users

Select the files you want to copy, right click, and click Copy from the shortcut
menu that appears.

Navigate to the network directory for the network roaming user, right click, and
click Paste from the shortcut menu that appears.
You can also convert an existing local user to a roaming user with the Manage Users
dialog box.
To convert a local user into a roaming user

Open the Manage User dialog box. (Click Manage Users on the Dragonbar
NaturallySpeaking menu.)

Use the list in the Location of user files box to select the location of the local
user you want to convert to a network roaming user.

Select the user you want to convert.

Click the Advanced button and then click Save to Roaming. The program will
save the user in the location specified as the Network directory in the
Administrative Settings dialog box.

Repeat the process for any other local users you want to convert to network
roaming users.
Opening a Roaming User
You open a roaming user by telling Dragon NaturallySpeaking where the network
roaming user is located and the location you want for the local roaming user.
To opening a roaming user

If a local user is open, close it by clicking Close User on the Dragonbar
NaturallySpeaking menu.

Click Administrative Settings on the Dragonbar Tools menu.

Select the Enable check box in the Roaming User group. This allows you to set
the other roaming user options.

Set the location of the Network directory, the Local directory, and any other
roaming options you want (see the section Setting up the Roaming User feature for
procedures for setting the directories and descriptions of the options).

Click OK.
