name for the new folder. The new directory can have any name, but calling it

Roaming user options
The Administrative Settings dialog box also contains several options that affect how
the roaming user feature works. You can select from among the following options to
modify the behavior of a roaming user:
Copy Dragon Log to Network: Select this box to copy the file, Dragon.log from
the local roaming user folder to the network roaming user folder at the same
time that the program synchronizes the local and the network roaming user.
Dragon.log contains information that can help to diagnose problems that you
might encounter using Dragon NaturallySpeaking.
Access network at user open/close only: Select this box to transfer local roaming
user changes to the Options dialog box to the network roaming user when the
program synchronizes the local and the network roaming user.
Enable access to non-roaming users: Select this box to permit opening a non-
roaming user for a Dragon NaturallySpeaking session. Clear this option to
prevent anyone from dictating with a non-roaming (local) user by accident.
Conserve archive size on network: Select this box to prevent making the files

option to prevent the transfer.

the microphone quality check. Because the audio setup data can vary depending
on differences in the microphone, sound card, and ambient sound levels at each
roaming user location, ScanSoft recommends that you select this option.
Ask before breaking locks on network users (recommended): Select this box to
keep the option of maintaining or breaking a network lock when opening a
roaming user. Normally, network locks prevent anyone from opening a roaming
user at the same time someone else is opening that user. While this process does
not take a long time, network problems can cause a lock to become "stuck" and
not release when the open process is completed. When this happens, the next
time anyone tries to open that user, they will see a message informing them of
the lock and giving them the option of overriding it. If you do not wish anyone
