Improving Accuracy
Next Run time: Date and time that the Acoustic Optimizer is scheduled to run
for that user.
Last Run Time: Date and time that the the Acoustic Optimizer last selected for
that user.
Last Result: The results of the last Acoustic Optimizer run for that user.
Creator: Name of the Windows user that created the Dragon NaturallySpeaking
user.
Opening the Acoustic Optimizer Scheduler

Open the Accuracy Center by clicking Accuracy Center on the Dragonbar tools
menu or by sating "Open Accuracy Center".

On the Accuracy Center click or say "Schedule Acoustic Optimizer to run later".
Scheduling the Acoustic Optimizer

Click New Task on the File menu, click the New Task tool, or double-click the
name of the user for which you want to create a schedule.

If your operating system requires a password to run (such as Windows 2000, or
Windows XP) a dialog box will appear asking for your Windows user name and
password.

In the Open Select Frequency dialog box select the user and dictation source for
which you want to create a schedule from the User Information options if they
are not already selected.

Select the frequency for the schedule and then select the start date and start
time.

Click OK to return to the Acoustic Optimizer Scheduler.

Perform additional training
Additional training will help to improve your recognition accuracy. Consider doing
additional training when:
You have used Dragon NaturallySpeaking for a few days. By then, you will be
accustomed to dictating, and supplemental training should reflect how you
actually dictate.
You move to an environment that is significantly noisier or quieter or that has
different background sounds.
You change your microphone or sound card.
