For the first 312 mi (500 km) of driving,
observe the following limits:

During the first 62 mi (100 Km) operate
the brakes only with care, and avoid
sudden or lengthy braking manoeuvres.
This wears in the disc brake pads and
the rear drum brake shoes.
0-187 mi (0-300 Km)

Do not hold the throttle grip more than
half open for long periods of time.

STOPPING

WARNING
Avoid sudden stopping, repeated
deceleration and hard braking.
Release the throttle grip (Pos. A) and

squeeze the brake levers gradually to
stop the vehicle.
When stopped temporarily, hold at least

on brake locked.
