Problems Starting Up the Prestige

PROBLEM
None of the LEDs are
on when you power on
the Prestige.
Cannot access the
Prestige via the console
port.

Check the connection between the power cord and your Prestige.
If the error persists you may have a hardware problem. In this
case you should contact technical support.
Check to see if the Prestige is connected to your computer's
serial port.
Check to see if the
communications program is
configured correctly. The
communications software
should be configured as
mentioned here.
