This command determines the make/break (off-hook/on-hook)
ratio during pulse dialing.

Data Set Ready (DSR) Control
This command controls the Data Set Ready (DSR) signal
output from the modem.

Tests
The &T command allows you to perform diagnostic tests on
your modem.
A test started by commands &T1–&T8 will run until the &T0
command is entered.

* Test can only be performed when the modem is connected in
a non-error control mode (\N0 or \N1) and the remote
modem is set to allow a remote digital loopback (RDL) test
(&T4).
Make = 39%, Break = 61% (for use in the United
States).
Make = 33%, Break = 67% .
(not recommended for use in the United States)
DSR circuit is always on.
DSR circuit is on during handshaking, off in test or idle
modes. DSR remains on until the call is disconnected.
Stops any test in progress and displays results.
Local Analog Loopback test. This test can only be
performed when the modem is idle (in Command
mode).
Local Digital Loopback test.*
Accepts Remote Digital Loopback (RDL) test request
from remote modem.
Denies Remote Digital Loopback (RDL) test request
from remote modem.
Remote Digital Loopback test.*
Remote Digital Loop back test with self-test.*
Local Analog Loopback test with self-test.
