Do not use strong or abrasive detergents when
cleaning the camera
body,
Do
not aim
the camera
toward
the sun or
other extremely bright objects, otherwise the
camera
may
bloom.
Do not expose
the camera
or RCU
to rain or
moisture, or try to operate it in wet areas.
Do
not operate the camera or RCU
if it becomes
wet.
Do
not
operate
the camera
and
RCU
in the
field
during
an
electrical
(lighting)
storm,
Do
not
leave
the camera
of RCU
in a closed
car
or
trunk
during
summer.
Temperatures
can
reach
or exceed
the
limits for devices
within the camera.
Do not leave the camera
and
RCU
turned
on
when not in use.
Do not turn the power
on and off repeatedly
without
use.
Do
not
block
the ventilation
slots.
Do use a dry cloth to clean the camera
if it is
dirty.
In case the dirt is hard to remove,
use:
mild detergent and wipe gently.
Do use caution when operating the camera in
the
vicinity
of spot
lights
or
other
bright
lights, and light reflecting objects.
Do take immediate action if ever the camera
or RCU do become wet.
Turn power off and
have
the
unit
checked
by
an
authorized
serviceman.
Do
follow
the
normal
safety
precautions
to
avoid personal injury.
Be aware
of the temperature
in the car or
remove
the
equipment
to
a more
moderate
environment.
Always turn the power off when the camera
is
not going to be used, this will extend the life
of the camera.
Operate
the camera and
RCU
only
where
there
is adequate
ventilation.
