FILLING THE METER WITH MATERIAL

Air Powered Dynamic Mixer; separate spool valve from mixer (using wing nut)
and locate exposed cone checks over waste container. Place dispense actuator
lever in DISPENSE position.
a)
Connect both base and catalyst supply hoses from pumps to meter inlet;
air motor pressure to both pumps must be 0 psi. The catalyst side of the
meter and outlet is filled first to minimize waste of material during the
initial start up.
b)
Open catalyst pump ball valve to allow materiel to flow to the meter.
Increase the air pressure to the catalyst pump air motor to achieve a
smooth pumping action. Allow this to continue until catalyst material flows
form the spool valve cone check. Close catalyst pump outlet ball valve.
c)
Open the base and catalyst pump outlet ball valve.
regulated air pressure to the base pump to achieve a smooth pumping
action.
d)
When base and catalyst material appears at the cone checks:

e)
The meter is now full of base and catalyst material.
