Check for proper operation of material supply pumps. Each should
have adequate material supply.
balanced meter inlet and outlet pressures are an indication of
proper pump functioning. If flow rate is increased by increasing
base pump pressure, increase the catalyst proportionally to
balance meter inlet and outlet pressures.

Curing material in the mixer or blockage of either mixer inlet port
(cone checks) with throw metering off and will raise meter outlet
pressure. Cured material in the mixer will decrease flow rates and
produce a less than uniform mix (streaking is often seen).
Lack of air pressure, check air supply.
Failure of piston seals in elevator, replace.
Broken or damaged air line to top or bottom of elevator;
leaking air should be apparent. Replace.
Some leakage is not abnormal.

Down pressure on elevator too high; reduce to minimum
required to keep pump primed.
