Check for leakage in the meter seals and cups.

leakage indicates that material is bypassing rather than flowing

through the meter. Generally, this situation can be diagnosed by

incorrect ratio check and reduced material flow rates.

Air in the material, or air trapped within the pumping/metering

components, will cause erroneous metering. A small amount of air

is consistently milled into many materials during manufacture. A

pocket of air, introduced by the supply pump running out of

material, means you must rebleed the pump.
