Gas feeding

Explosion danger due to fuel leaks in the pres-
ence of a flammable source.
Precautions: avoid knocking, attrition, sparks and
heat.
Make sure the fuel interception tap is closed be-
fore performing any operation on the burner.
The fuel supply line must be installed by qualified
personnel, in compliance with current standards
and laws.

5.14.1 Gas feed connection to the burner
Burner connection
The connection of the burner to the gas train is carried out using
the flange connection. The dimensions of the flange are given in
Fig. 8 on page 13.
Use the relative adapters to connect the gas flange to the train,
supplied as accessories.
Pilot burner connection
The burner is fitted with a dedicated gas train that is fixed above
the pipe coupling. It should be connected to the main train down-
stream the filter or the pressure adjuster (depending on configu-
ration).
Fig. 23 shows the version for a natural gas feed.

Installation
5.14.2 Gas train
Approved according to standard EN 676 and provided separately
from the burner.
To select the correct gas train model, refer to the supplied "Burn-
er-gas train combination" manual.
5.14.3 Gas train installation
Disconnect the electrical power using the main
switch.
DANGER
Check that there are no gas leaks.
Pay attention when handling the train: danger of
crushing of limbs.
Make sure that the gas train is properly installed
by checking for any fuel leaks.
The operator must use the required equipment
during installation.
The gas train is pre-arranged to be connected to the burner at the
flange 2)(Fig. 24).
