This warning message is displayed when
charging is stopped for the reasons
below:
僅 There is a problem with the external
AC charger or DC charger.
僅 The external AC charger stopped
charging
僅 The charging cable is damaged.
If this occurs, check whether there is any
problem with the external AC or DC
charger and charging cable.
If the same problem occurs when
charging the vehicle with a well-func -
tioning external charger or genuine Kia
portable charger, have your vehicle
inspected by an authorized Kia dealer.
Charging interrupted. Please
check the cable connection

the cable connection
If this occurs, separate the charging con -
nector and connect it again.
僅 The charging connector is not cor -
rectly connected to the charging inlet.
僅 The charging connector lock release
button is pressed.
If this occurs, separate the charging con -
nector and re-connect it.
Check whether there is any problem
(external damage, foreign substances,
etc.) with the charging connector and
charging inlet.
If the same problem occurs when
charging the vehicle with a replaced
charging cable or genuine Kia portable
charger, have your vehicle inspected by
an authorized Kia dealer.
Check regenerative brakes

the regenerative brake system does not
work properly.
