4.2 Checking glue discharge
Follow the method described below to discharge the glue in order to check that the glue is being discharged from the

nozzle holes.
NOTE: Glue must be discharged from all of the nozzle holes.
If there are any problems with the discharge of the glue, carry out the procedure in 9.2 to clean the nozzle discharge holes.

4.2.1 Manual discharge mode
Press the
key to display the test screen.

If the temperature or the pressure is outside the normal range, the value will be displayed in highlight as shown below.
Press the NOZZLE switch to raise the nozzle.

Use a cloth or similar to wipe the nozzle off.
3.
Place something such as a dish or a cloth underneath the nozzle to prevent any glue from dripping onto the table.

While pressing the GLUE ON/OFF switch, depress the treadle to discharge the glue.

At this time, check that glue is being discharged from all of the discharge holes in the nozzle, and that there are no air
bubbles in the glue.

Once discharging of glue starts, it will continue even if you remove your hand from the GLUE ON/OFF switch.

If there are any problems with the discharge of the glue, carry out the procedure in 9.2 to clean the nozzle discharge
holes.
Press the
key to return to the home screen.
