Nozzle space setting method
If glue adheres to the bottom of the nozzle or around the cloth plate, clean it off.
1.
Set the clearance between the nozzle and the cloth so that it is wider (as a guide: cloth thickness + 0.3 mm) and pass the
2.
cloth underneath.
Move the cloth back and forth and check that there is no resistance.
3.
Make the nozzle clearance one step (0.05 mm) narrower, and then move the cloth and check that there is no resistance.
4.
Keep repeating step 4 and if you feel resistance, increase the nozzle clearance by 1 step. The optimum nozzle clearance
5.
will then be obtained.
Refer to "3.2.3 Nozzle clearance setting method" for details on panel operations.

5.6 Setting glue-free width

Set the glue-free with for the upper cloth and the lower cloth to match the type of cloth being glued.
If the type of cloth being glues changes, this will need to be readjusted.
The glue-free width may vary depending on the gluing direction and color of the cloth.
NOTE:
If the gluing width is not adjusted, the glue may protrude from the edge of the cloth, and the cloth may become attached to the
rollers, so be sure to make this setting so that the glue does not protrude.
