Abnormal rise in power supply voltage.

Abnormal drop in power supply voltage.
E708 Abnormal power supply voltage was detected.
E711 Abnormal electrical current detected for roller
motor or pump motor.
E730
Air pressure has dropped, or there is a problem
with the regulator.
E731
Abnormal rise in pump pressure.
E741 Machine head fan does not operate.
E900
Glue level is insufficient.
E901 The amount of glue remaining is low.
E905 Glue heating time has been exceeded.
If an error code that is not listed above appears or if carrying out the specified remedy does not solve the problem,
contact the place of purchase.

Cause
BM-2000
Remedy
Turn off the power, and then check the installation
of the temperature sensor (nozzle) to the nozzle
lever and the connection to the temperature control
PCB.
Turn off the power, and then check the input
voltage.
Turn off the power, and then check the input
voltage.
Turn off the power, and then check the input
voltage.
If this does not solve the problem, turn off the
power, and then check that connector P23 on the
main P.C. board and connector CN25 on the
expansion P. C. board are properly inserted.
Turn off the power and check that the roller motor
and pump motor are not abnormal.
Check that the valve of the air unit is open, and
then after adjusting the air pressure, clear the error.
If this does not solve the problem, turn off the
power, and then check that the regulator is properly
connected and that connector CN17 on the
expansion P. C. board is properly inserted.
Clean the nozzle discharge holes.
If this does not solve the problem, clean the glue
path.
Turn off the power, and then check that the
machine head fan turns smoothly and that
connector CN13 on the temperature control P.C.
board is properly inserted.
Replace the glue cartridge.
Replace the glue cartridge while taking into
consideration the gluing process and the amount of
glue remaining.
Replace the glue cartridge.
