Switching the step while gluing
If you would like to change the feed speed or the glue-free width while gluing is in progress, this can be done by switching
steps.

The glue thickness and nozzle clearance cannot be changed by switching steps, and so if you would like to change the
glue thickness or the nozzle clearance, it will be necessary to switch the entire program.

It is possible to switch steps while gluing is in progress, but it is necessary to stop gluing first before programs can be
switched.
If the X-over sensor is not operating, change the program if you would like to increase the glue thickness.
Set the following memory switch to "1" or "2".

From 1 to 8 steps can be set for a single program.
If you would like to change the gluing conditions while gluing is in progress, you can change the settings for the
parameters where the conditions are to be changed. Refer to "3.2.4 Step setting method" for details on adding, deleting
and selecting steps.
While the program which contains the set step is being displayed, start gluing, and then when you reach the point where

you would like to switch the step, press the knee switch to switch to the next step.

Switching the program while gluing
If X-over detection is not used when gluing thin cloth, or if you would like to change the nozzle clearance or the glue thickness
while gluing is in progress, you can change the program being used.
