Remedy
Turn off the power, and then check that connector
P4 on the main P.C. board is properly connected.
Turn the power off and then back on again.
Turn off the power, and then check that connector
P4 on the main P.C. board is properly connected.
Turn the power off and then back on again.
Adjust the melter pressurization so that it is within
the value range set by memory switches No. 571
and No. 572 (for technicians).
Turn off the power, and then check the installation
of the heater.
Move the nozzle to its lowest position and then
start gluing.
If the nozzle is within its movement range, clear the
error and then carry out home position detection
once more.
If the nozzle is outside its movement range, turn off
the power, and then check that connector CN8 on
the expansion P.C. board is properly connected.
Turn off the power, and then check that connector
CN8 on the expansion P.C. board is properly
connected.
Turn off the power, and then check the temperature
fuse (melter), the heater (melter) and the leakage
current breaker.
Turn off the power, and then check the temperature
control PCB.
Turn off the power, and then check the temperature
fuse (pump), the heater (pump) and the leakage
current breaker.
Turn off the power, and then check the temperature
control PCB.
Turn off the power, and then check the temperature
fuse (nozzle), the heater (nozzle) and the leakage
current breaker.
Turn off the power, and then check the temperature
control PCB.
Check the temperature, and if it is within the
allowable range, clear the error.
Check the temperature, and if it is within the
allowable range, clear the error.
Check the temperature, and if it is within the
allowable range, clear the error.
Turn off the power, and then check the connection
between the temperature sensor (melter) and the
temperature control PCB.
Turn off the power, and then check the connection
between the temperature sensor (pump) and the
temperature control PCB.
Turn off the power, and then check the connection
between the temperature sensor (nozzle) and the
temperature control PCB.
Turn off the power, and then check the installation
of the temperature sensor (melter) to the melter
and the connection to the temperature control PCB.
Turn off the power, and then check the installation
of the temperature sensor (pump) to the pump unit
and the connection to the temperature control PCB.
