Configure the safety communication settings of the safety programmable controller such as communication
destinations, safety data transfer devices, transmission interval monitoring times, and safety refresh monitoring
times. Set a transmission interval monitoring time and safety refresh monitoring time that satisfy the conditions
shown in "8.2.10 Transmission interval monitoring time" and "8.2.11 Safety refresh monitoring time".
