Toner Near-end Detection Method

0: Pixel counter, motor rotation counter, and toner
end sensor
1: Toner end sensor only

If set to 1, there is no toner in the toner cartridge at the near end condition.
The customer can change the bottle immediately.
If the setting is 0, there may still be toner in the bottle when near-end occurs.
Some toner is wasted if the customer changes the bottle immediately.
However, the customer has some time to get a new toner cartridge.
