7.1 Basic transmission method

Loading double-sided originals

Load the original.
% For details on how to set the original, refer to [User's Guide Fax].

Press the Simplex/Duplex key.
A screen for specifying Simplex/Duplex appears.

Use the +/, key to select [1-SIDE] or [2-SIDE], then press the OK key.
% When you select [2-SIDE] and press the ) key, you can specify the binding direction of the original.
Select [LEFT] or [TOP], then press the OK key.
Tips
The binding direction can be set only when you select [PDF] for the file format.

When setting an original on the Original Glass

On the screen of the Mobile (for iPhone/iPad/Android) in Android/iOS devices, set the WebDAV func-
tion to ON.

Press the Scan key.
The machine switches to the scan mode.

Set the original onto the Original Glass.

Press the ,key.
The mobile setting screen appears.

Use the +/, key to select [IP ADDRESS], then press OK key.
