5.2 Changing transmission setting

Checking and Correcting CC addresses

In the [ADD] and [CHECK/EDIT] screen of CC Address, use the +/, key to select [CHECK/EDIT], then
press the OK key.
A list of the entered CC addresses is displayed.

Use the +/, key to select the address to be checked or corrected.
% Press the Clear/Stop key to display the Delete screen. Use the +/, key to select [YES], then press
the OK key. The selected address is deleted and the CC address list screen is displayed. To con-
tinue deleting addresses, repeat this procedure.
% Press the OK key to display only the selected addresses. Press the Clear/Stop key and delete the
address character by character. After deleting all characters, press the OK key, then the Delete
screen appears. Use the +/, key to select [YES], then press the OK key. The selected address is
deleted and the CC address list screen is displayed. To continue deleting addresses, repeat this
procedure.

In the CC address list screen, press the Back key.
The [ADD] and [CHECK/EDIT] screen of CC address appears.

Use the +/, key to select [RETURN], then press the OK key.
The screen returns to the other setting screen.

Setting file format

Press the Scan key.
The machine switches to the scan mode.

Set the original and enter the destination address.
[OTHER SETTING=,] is displayed.

Press the , key.
The other setting screen appears.

Use the +/, key to select [IMAGE FORMAT], then press the OK key.

Use the +/, key to select file format.
% The file format can be selected from [TIFF], [PDF], or [JPEG].
% If [COLOR SETTING] for Quality is set to [BW], [JPEG] is not displayed.

Press the OK key.
The screen returns to the other setting screen.
