The Read signal

presented
to
IC SD, which
is
another edge detector, and then goes to IC SE, where the pulses
are shaped to 1 usec. This output is gated at IC 1 F with the Unit Select signal to produce a digital output at Pin 30
of the interface connector (see Figure 3-14)
