TROUBLESHOOTING TABLE
ISSUE
Products are freezing up
Cabinet exterior is
sweating
Door alignment is out
Lights are not working

POSSIBLE REASON
Store condition is too cold compared to
design climate class 3.
Case evaporator pressure is lower than
specification.
Ambient moisture leakage.
Store humidity is high.
Insufficient ventilation.
Icon controller settings (if fitted).
Case SST.
Case is not level.
No power supply.
Light components maybe faulty or
operating in fail safe.
Lamp failed.
REMEDIAL ACTION
Check store climate control is operating
correctly. If store condition cannot be
lifted, then adjust cabinet evaporator
pressure and defrost strategy to suit.
Adjust cabinet evaporator pressure
to suit.
Check any sealing issue.
Check store climate control is operating
correctly.
Check case ventilation under and
at rear of the case. A fan kit may be
needed, please see your refrigeration
service provider for details.
Check settings.
SST set too low.
Refer to page 14 for levelling
information.
Check supply is "on" and light switch is
working.
Call your refrigeration service provider
to check and replace if necessary.
Replace lamp.
