DOOR SAW TOOTHING

The doors in the images below show the misalignment
(saw toothing). This should be completely horizontal
and flush with each other. The door system on this
case only has a minor adjustment. If doors cannot be
aligned as per the following examples then the case
chassis has not been leveled to tolerance and needs
to be readjusted. If the case has been levelled, and the
doors are still misaligned, reinstalling the doors as per
section 4.6, can help assist in realigning the doors.

DOOR ADJUSTMENT

Tensioning the Door
The doors should be properly tensioned from factory,
but if adjustment is required, follow the below steps.
To increase the tension in the door, use a hex key to turn
the screw in Figure 3L in an anticlockwise direction.
To decrease the tension in the door, use a hex key to
turn the screw in Figure 3L in a clockwise direction.
