Messages or faults affecting the TwinDos system

Problem
The Twin Dos
White sensor button
flashes.
The Twin Dos
Color sensor button
flashes.
The  indicator light
lights up and  appears
on the time display.
No detergent was dis-
pensed during washing.
A new detergent car-
tridge has been in-
serted, but the cartridge
is identified as empty
when the machine is
switched on.

Possible cause and solution
The UltraPhase 1 cartridge is empty.
 Replace the UltraPhase 1 cartridge while the
washing machine is switched on.
The UltraPhase 2 cartridge is empty.
 Replace the UltraPhase 2 cartridge while the
washing machine is switched on.
TwinDos has not been used for too long a time. It is
possible that detergent has dried inside the hoses.
 Immediately carry out the TwinDos maintenance
program as described in "Cleaning and care –
TwinDos maintenance".
TwinDos was not activated.
 Touch the Twin Dos White or Twin Dos Color sen-
sor button before running the next program.
TwinDos is activated.
The detergent was not dispensed even though the
Twin Dos White or Twin Dos Color sensor button was
activated.
 Start another program with TwinDos dispensing.
 If detergent is still not dispensed, contact Miele
Customer Service.
The washing machine was switched off when the de-
tergent cartridge was replaced.
 Switch on the washing machine.
 Remove the detergent cartridge and then reinsert
it into the compartment.
The counter is set to 0.
