○Pressure confirmation (P4, P5)
When the output logic is normal, the pressure confirmation bit set to 1 within the confirmation pressure
range. When the output logic is reversed, the pressure confirmation bit set to 1 outside of the pressure
confirmation range. The output logic can be set in the P4/P5 output logic parameter.
