○Automatic release valve operation
The release pressure can be used without instructing release instruction bit.
(1) The vacuum instruction turns on (0 to 1).
(2) The workpiece is moved to the release position, and then the vacuum instruction turns off (1 to 0).
(3) After delay time, the release valve is ON. The delay time and release valve operating time can be set by
the parameter.
*The graph is supply valve: N.C. type.
