○Energy saving operation (Supply valve: N.O.)
(1) The vacuum instruction turns off (1 to 0).
(2) The supply valve is automatically ON (energized) when the vacuum pressure reaches P2.
(3) When the vacuum pressure drops by P2-H2, the supply valve is automatically OFF (not-energized) again.
(4) Repeat steps (2) and (3) unless the valve protection function is activated.
(5) The vacuum instruction turns on (0 to 1), and the release instruction turns on (0 to 1).
(6) The release instruction turns off (1 to 0).
The vacuum confirmation bit is set to 1 until the vacuum pressure reaches P1 and then drops to

The energy saving confirmation bit is set to 1 until the vacuum pressure reaches P2 and then drops
