1. Detachment
Frame
cover
1) Perform work of Detachment 1 of
Adjust
cover
2) Take off screw (M 4 × 10, 1 pc.) and then remove the
frame cover while pushing the claw to inner side.
3) Take off screws which fix the adjust cover.
(M 4 × 10, 2 pcs. :
4) Move the slide levers (2 positions) to inner side to
move them to OPEN position (1).
Move the slide levers while pushing them.
5) Remove the adjust cover while sliding it to the arrow
mark direction (2) by pushing it with hands so that it
does not fall.
2. Attachment
1) Loosen the mounting screws (M 5 × 40, 2 pcs.) which
fix the indoor unit and the ceiling panel and then lower
the ceiling panel by approx. 10mm.
Note
If you do not loosen the mounting screws, the adjust cover
is not fixed.
2) Referring to the diagram "How to mount the adjust
cover", push the projected part of the adjust cover by
thumb in the inner frame while widening it with hands (3).
In this time, be sure to insert claws into the inner and
outer frames.
3) Pull (A) part to the arrow direction until one side each
matches with the hole part (
move the slide lever to the LOCK position (4).
Move the slide lever while pushing it.
4) Using screws (M 4 × 10, 2 pcs.) taken off in 1.

Note
When attaching the adjust cover, be sure to move it until
there is no clearance at matching part with the outer frame.
5) Tighten screws (M 5 × 40, 2 pcs.) loosened in 1)
Attachment of 2-
6) Put in claw of the frame cover and then fix it with
screw (M 4 × 10, 1 pc.)
Note
Perform attachment as original.
The incomplete attachment may cause dewing.
In attachment work, be sure that the louver motor wires are
not caught in.
7) Attach the air filter and the center panel as original.
