4-6 FUEL AND LUBRICATION SYSTEM

REMOVAL

Remove the fuel tank. (
Remove the left frame cover. (
Disconnect the throttle position sensor coupler 1 and piston
valve control solenoid coupler 2 (Except for E-03, 28, 33).
Disconnect the throttle cables.
Disconnect the air vent hose 3 and vacuum hose 4.
Loosen the carburetor clamp screws, and then remove the
carburetor assembly.

DISASSEMBLY

Remove the carburetor hoses.
