The whole system pressure is relieved.
7. Wait for the system to relief until pressure of A and
B drops in a safety range. Select
finish system relief.
8. Turn off the system power and the air supply after
system relief finishes.
Flush the equipment
To avoid fire and explosion, always ground
equipment and waste container. To avoid static
sparking and injury from splashing, always flush at
the lowest possible pressure.

Flush out old fluid with compatible solvent before
introducing a new fluid.

solvents.

To flush the system, put a waste container below
the TC Dispense Valve (AB, page 8), and circulate a
compatible solvent through the system for several
times until the TC Dispense Valve dispenses the
compatible solvent. Then drain the compatible
solvent.
