To open the instrument panel:
- remove the screws C
- slide the instrument panel out and rotate it to the stop position
See Fig. 46
At the end of the operations described above, put everything back in the
reverse order.

The gasket F should always be in its original seat.

6.3 Accessing the modulation circuit board

First disconnect the appliance from the electrical power supply us-
ing the mains omnipolar switch.

7 TROUBLESHOOTING

The appliance should be inspected by a qualified professional at least once a year to ensure it is operating correctly, prolong its life and make sure
safety is optimised. This would normally involve:
- removing any rust on the burners
- removing any build-up on the electrode
- cleaning the combustion chamber
- checking that the appliance switches on and off and operates correctly
- checking the fan is operating correctly
- checking the air pressure switch
- checking the flue gas exhaust and air intake pipes.

The following instructions are addressed solely to qualified technicians authorised to work on the appliance.
FAULT
Boiler does not switch on
No spark but fan operating
Burner does not come on
Burner does not switch off when water shut off
Burner flame inconsistent and appliance then
switches off
Models 11-13
- To access the electronics of the control box, remove the casing and
turn the instrument panel
- Remove the cover to access the board.
See Fig. 48
Models 17
- To access the electronics of the control box, remove the casing and
take out the instrument panel
- remove the two screws G
- remove the cover and access the board.
See Fig. 49
CAUSE
- No electrical supply
- No gas feeding
- Air in gas line
- Pressure switch fault
- Pressure switch tube not connected or cut
- Ignition/flame detection electrode broken
- Electrode cable cut off
- Broken electronic board
- Ignition/flame detection electrode broken
- Electrode cable cut off
- Circuit board does not detect flame
- Main solenoid valve does not open
- Flow switch fault
- Inlet/suction line pipe not installed correctly
SOLUTION
- Connect to the mains
- Turn the gas on
- Bleed the circuit
- Replace
- Check – replace – insert
- Replace
- Check – fix
- Check – replace
- Check – replace
- Check – replace
- Check connector contacts and if necessary
replace the board
- Check and replace if necessary
- Replace
- Check pipe seal
