3. Disassembly and Reassembly
SCREW-TAPPING – 4EA
This document can not be used without Samsung's authorization.
GAS PIPE – 3EA
1. Turn off the electrical supply going to the
range.
2. Shut off the gas shut-off valve in the gas
supply line to the range.
3. Carefully identify and mark the wires going
to the ASSY VALVE SAFETY. Disconnect the 4
wires.
• Cross-wiring the wires to the ASSY
VALVE SAFETY creates an explosion
hazard that can result in death,
personal injury, and/or property and
product damage.
4. Remove 4screws from ASSY VALVE
SAFETY. And disconnect the 3 Gas pipe
using a tubing wrench and channel-lock
wrench.( Do not bend or crimp gas pipe
during removal. )
5. Install the new ASSY VALVE ASFETY with
4screws.
6. Reconnect wire connectors in their
original positions.

7. Reconnect All gas pipe to the ASSY VALVE
SAFETY.
