Ringer Tone

You can select the handset or the base unit ringer tone out of 6 patterns
for external calls. When an external call is being received, the handset
and base unit ring in the selected tone. Your phone comes from the
factory set to "1".
Handset
Make sure the handset is not being used.
1 Press
(CONF/FUNCTION).
Scroll to "Ringer setting" by pressing

3 Scroll to "Ringer tone" by pressing

•The current setting will be displayed.
4 Select the desired ringer tone by pressing

•Each time you press Ö or Ñ, the tone will
change and ring. If the ringer volume has been
set to OFF, the handset will not ring (p. 19).
•You can also select the ringer tone by pressing dialing buttons (1)

•To exit the programming mode, press (OFF).
•You can exit the programming mode any time by pressing (OFF)
Base unit
Make sure the base unit is not being used.
1 Press
(RINGER/AUTO)
•The base unit rings at the current setting.
Within 5 seconds, select the desired ringer tone by pressing

•Each time you press á or Ü, the ringer tone will change and ring.
•You can also select the ringer tone by pressing dialing buttons (1) to (6)
•You cannot change the ringer tone for internal calls.
