Categorizing applications
The category feature enables you to manage the number of application icons
that appear in the Application Launcher screen. You can assign an application
to a category and then display a single category or all your applications.
To categorize an application

Tap t he Home

Tap t he M enu

Tap Cat egory f rom t he App menu.
The Category screen appears.

Tap t he arrow V next t o each applicat ion t o select a cat egory
f rom t he drop-dow n list .

Tap Done.
To display applications by category

Tap t he Home

Do one of t he f ollow ing:
• Tap the Home
• Tap the arrow V in the upper right corner of the screen and tap the desired
• Push the Jog Dial navigator repeatedly while no applications are highlighted.

To create a new category for an application, tap Edit Categories from the drop-
down list. Tap New, enter the category name, and tap OK to add the category. Tap
OK again.
