You can enter a description or a note of up to 255 characters in length.
If t he event is one hour long, skip t o st ep 7. If t he event is
longer or short er t han one hour, t ap t he t ime of t he event t o
open t he Set Time dialog box.
Perf orm one of t he f ollow ing t o set t he durat ion of t he
event :
• Tap the time columns on the right side of the Set Time dialog box to
set the Start Time, and tap the End Time box. Then tap the time
columns to set the End Time.
• Tap All Day to automatically insert the start and end time of the event
as defined in your Date Book preferences.
Tap OK.
Tap a blank area of t he screen t o deselect t he event .
A vertical line appears next to the time, indicating the duration of the
event.
