Replacement Procedures
Sample Line Replacement
Sample Line Replacement
Tools required
The following tools are required to perform the replacement procedure described following
section. Allow approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete this process.
•
3/16 inch open-end wrench
•
Torx T-10 screwdriver
Replacement procedure for Micro GC sample line
1 Shut down the GC, and allow time for it to cool to ambient room temperature.
2 Disconnect the GC power plug from the mains outlet.
3 Disconnect any sample gas feed lines attached to the inlet port.
4 Remove the front cover as described in
5 Use a 3/16 inch wrench to unscrew the sample line nut from the front of the channels.
