If old images are overwritten, they must be deleted from the flash memory after successfully
uploading the new image. To do this, please swipe down from top to bottom on the display after
uploading, click on Setup -> Sensor Init -> Erase flash.5.3
In addition to uploading your own images and files, you can upload internal DSS images and TRI/TRX
files via the lower area of the upload section. Please select this from the drop-down menu and start
the upload to your data display via the upload button.

9.7 Can Log

The Can Log section of the DSS can be used to look for Can-IDs and frames or message packets and to
sniff Can messages.
By clicking on Start Log, the received Can Bus data is displayed. The stop is done via the same button.
Clear Log deletes the Can Log.

9.8 Work offline

The data display does not need to be permanently connected to the DSS to work with the DSS. For
example, TRI files can be created offline, or page layouts can be configured.
However, there are the following points to consider:
TRI files can also be loaded from the hard disk into the TRI editor, TRX files can only be loaded
from the data display into the DSS
In the TRI editor sensors must be loaded, otherwise only NA is displayed in the Pages section
for all sensors and widgets
The preview of the widgets in the Pages section is not 1:1 identical in terms of font size, and
should therefore be done online on the display
For this reason, working without a connected data display is not recommended, but is possible in
principle.
