9.3.2.15 Overlay
With the overlay widget you can display flashing warnings regardless of the min and maximum
warning values stored in the TRI/TRX file. You can freely configure the flashing frequency and color.
The overlay widget can be found by default for various purposes (warning, shiftlight) on the following
pages:
•
DailyDash
•
TrackView
•
AirflowLogging
In the following figure, the overlay widget is used as a shiftlight. In this case, it is fixed to the sensor
speed and starts flashing at a frequency of 60 Hz as soon as the warning threshold (6000 rpm) is
exceeded.
Depending on which sensor you assign to the widget, it can be used as a switching flash, as a warning
or as a confirmation. Like the other widgets before, you can change it in size (x/y size) and position
(x/y coord). In addition, you can choose between the round or the square shape (rectangle, circle).
Also adjustable is the frequency (time ms (x10)) and the color (colour) with which the widget should
flash. The point value describes the activation limit. If the current value of the sensor is greater than
the value in value, the widget becomes active and flashes.
