From the Windows taskbar, choose Start > Settings > Control Panel and

already been installed on the computer. Use Windows NT 4.0 diagnostics to
evaluate the resources that you are using. From the Windows taskbar choose
Start > Programs > Administrative tools (common) > Windows NT Diagnostic.
