From the Windows taskbar, choose Start > Settings > Control Panel and

Note: There are no default values for the resource selections. Windows NT 4.0
determines the values by comparing the PC cards requirements against what is
currently available on the computer. This depends on the hardware that has
already been installed on the computer. Use Windows NT 4.0 diagnostics to
evaluate the resources that you are using. From the Windows taskbar choose
Start > Programs > Administrative tools (common) > Windows NT Diagnostic.
