Pull the tank housing away from the crankcase.

Take out the screw (8).

Remove cable lug of red wire (15).
N
Take rubber grommets (14) out of the guides.
N
Take wiring harness (13) of sensor (6) out of the
N
guides.
Take out the screws (5).
N
Remove the sensor (6).
N
Remove the seal (7).
N

Installing the Sensor

Fit seal (7) on the sensor (6).

Fit the sensor (6).
N
If the original screws (5) are re-used: Coat threads of
N
screws (5) with Loctite 242.
Insert and tighten down the screws (5) firmly.

Push wiring harness (13) of sensor (6) into the guides
N
(arrows) on the crankcase.
Pass the wiring harness (13) through the opening in
N
the crankcase.

Pull the tank housing away from the crankcase.

Push the rubber grommets (14) into the guide.
N
Pull the wiring harness (13) towards the controller so
N
that there are no loops.
Fit the cable lug of the red wire (15) so that its crimped
N
side faces outwards.
Insert and tighten down the screw (8).
N
Push the red wire (15) into the guide on the injection
N
valve.
Insert and engage the blue connector of sensor (6) on
N
the controller, @ 19.8.
Insert and tighten down screw on AV element
N
between tank housing and crankcase, @ 17.3.
Install the handlebar, @ 9.3.
N
Install the stop switch and place the injection pump in
N
position, @ 21.9.
Push the wiring harness (13) into the cable holder, @
N

Install the generator, @ 22.5.
N
Calibrate the saw, @ 4.
N
The controller is optimally adjusted to suit the mechanical
and mechatronic components.

Installing the Generator

Place the generator (3) in position.

If the original screws (4) are re-used: Coat threads of
N
screws (4) with Loctite 242.
Insert the screws (4) but do not tighten them down
N
yet.
