WARNING
The fuel suction hose (10) and fuel hose (12) may be
damaged during removal. Fuel may escape.
Replace the fuel suction hose (10) and fuel hose (12).
Pull the fuel suction hose (10) off the injection pump

Pull the impulse hose (11) off the injection pump (3),

@ 20.8.
Pull the fuel hose (12) off the injection pump (3), @

Remove the stop switch (8), @ 21.3.

Installing the Injection Pump

Preparations, @ 3.1.

Remove the stop switch (8), @ 21.8.
N
WARNING
The fuel suction hose (10) and fuel hose (12) may be
damaged during removal. Fuel may escape.
Replace the fuel suction hose (10) and fuel hose (12).
Push the fuel suction hose (10) onto nipple of
N
injection pump (3) as far as stop, @ 20.3.
Push impulse hose (11) onto nipple of injection
N
pump (3) as far as stop so that the molded rib (arrow)
points in direction of cylinder, @ 20.9.
Push the fuel hose (12) onto nipple of injection pump
N
(3) as far as stop, @ 20.5.
Remove the injection pump (3), @ 21.2.

Installing Cap and Spring on Injection Pump

Fit the spring (4) into the guide in the injection pump
N
(3) so that it snaps into place.
Fit cap (5) in the groove in the injection pump (3).
N
Place the bracket (6) in position.
N
Insert and tighten down the screws (7).
N
Install injection pump (3), @ 21.9.
N

Installing the Stop Switch

Fit the stop switch (8) in the bracket (6) and engage it
N
in position.
Fit the cover (9) and engage it in position.
N
Install injection pump (3), @ 21.9.

Fit the stop switch (8), @ 21.8.

Fit the injection pump (3) together with the stop
N
switch (8) and cover (9).
Fit the stop switch wires so that they are under the
N
throttle linkage.

Press the stop switch wires into the guides in the

handle housing, @ 19.8.
Insert and engage stop switch connector in controller,
N
@ 19.8.
Fit the bracket (2).
N
Insert and tighten down the screw (1) firmly.
N
Install throttle body and sleeve, @ 15.5
N
Install the filter base, @ 15.3.
N
Install the air filter.
N
Fit the filter cover.
N
Calibrate the saw, @ 4.
N
The controller is optimally adjusted to suit the mechanical
and mechatronic components.
